Kitchen & Dining Room
The client requested a modern upgrade to their three bedroom high-rise apartment.
​
There was little storage so I wanted to maximise the kitchen cabinet space. Together with the client we selected finishes and fixtures which will grow with the apartment and appeal to new homeowners if the current tenants decide to sell in the not to distant future.​
​
Budget was also a main focus. Quartz countertops and engineered timber herringbone floors were a non negotiable to the client so to counteract those higher costs we selected Laminex cabinetry and didn't integrate the appliances.
